Quality Policy

As an ISO 9001:2008 certified company we lay great emphasis on the quality of our products. Our quality team supervises on complete production process (right from procuring raw materials to the final dispatch) to guarantee flawless output. Our R & D team researches on market trends for improvement in the quality of the end product. After checking the tamper, hardness of blade is determined after that blade is used in machine, from which the best quality of blades are used.

The sheet and shaft used in machine is prepared by CNC machine and gear box is prepared by VMC machine.

To maintain the quality of machine main parts like chassis, rotor, etc. are prepared by mig welding machine.

The balance of wheels is checked through wheel balancing machine.

The machine has C&D V belt with high quality and with ISI Mark.

The bearing used in machine is of TR or JIP which is used after testing in our company lab. Full heavy duty gear box is used from which thresher carry small load and tractor also uses then less diesel.

Only the fresh piece of ball bearing is used so that quality of machine is obtained.
